How sell Top-up products for a PrePay Mobile Phones


Hello,
We are running a Mobile Phone Shop, in overall we are very happy with ECwid, since the FB App is covering all the features and selling options we looking for. But for one of our Products Categories (Tiempo Aire) we haven't been smart enough to find out the way to configure Top-Up selling for the AirTime in PrePaid plans, so, as part of the checkout process we need to ask the customers the mobile number to top-up, now we are using the "Order Comments" to capture the mobile number to be top-up, and we re-labeled as "¿Que numero quieres recargar?", but this means that in all other Products Categories will be asking for a mobile phone to top-up. Also we think will be necessary to leave this field as original to capture Order Comments for general.
So any idea on how to be able to capture the mobile phone to be top-up in the checkout process jus for the "Tiempo Aire" Category?

Hello, Daniel.

In some cases you may need to get some extra information about your customers before checkout.

If you want your customers to leave comments for an order on checkout use Order Comments tool that enables customers to enter their comments for an order on checkout.

If you want your customers to leave such a comment about each item in the order, you can use product options. The customers will be able to leave their comments to each product in the order, which will as well be reflected on the order details page.

Product options are enabled on the “Catalog → Product → Options” page of your control panel. Click “New option”, name it “Que numero quieres recargar?” and choose the “Text field” input type in the drop-down menu. Tick “Required option” if you want it to be obligatory, save the changes.
