Google Analytics...a few questions

I have added GA into my Ecwid store profile. Question: do I still need to append the footer of my page with the GA code snippet?

I am looking over my GA results and it appears that I am losing a significant number of people during the checkout process. I'd like to be able to break down where the issue is happening. For example, I am using e-path which may be a "deal breaker" for some buyers. I'm also adding shipping to the product...which may add "sticker shock". Either way, I am not able to look at my analytics and break apart what I am seeing. I'm looking for ideas. Has anyone been more successful than I have (probably!).

Thanks!

Hi Mandy,

1. If your site has any other non-Ecwid pages, you need to insert GA code to each of them.

2. Can you describe why you think you loose people during the checkout? Some screenshots of your stats will be helpful.
