The "Random products" WordPress module

Hello everyone.

I have just written a useful module for Wordpress integration of Ecwid (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...shopping-cart/), which can display random products.

Newest version of plugin can be found here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ecwid-useful-tools

Instruction on how to use shortcodes and widgets is here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...ful-tools/faq/

Instruction on how to install and configure plugin is here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/.../installation/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...s/other_notes/

If you have any questions on this module, feel free to ask in this thread or pm me.

If you have an idea about what should be added to the module, please pm me. Don't post it in this thread. It shouldn't be necessarily related to random products: it can be everything you would find useful. I cannot promise I will add the feature, but I will surely consider your suggestion.

UPDATE [2012-08-25]:
I am working on new version of plugin right now. It will have several cool features:
* Bestsellers
* On Sale products
* Latest Products

These new features will be commercial, but all the functionality you are using now will be available for free. Do not worry about it!

If you have time, could you please fill in the form here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...UERCN1NyTWc6MQ

It will help us to make the new version of plugin better + we will give a discount to everyone who specifies their store ID.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks

Do you mean to change the width of sidebar in way that it displays not only one thumbnail in row?

Using firebug, you should be able to right click on the images to find their name, and then define it in your theme style sheet like so:

.ecwid-random-thumbnail {width: 100px;}

Or whatever you need the width to be...

What about adding the title of the image? I saw up you've called it as $product[name] for the alt tag, so would adding it above each thumbnail change your widget functionality?

Nevermind, I added titles just fine, and am now trying to figure out how to get the return info in https encrypted format. Seems the API is only returning http syntax for some reason. Have I mentioned how much I like your plugin?

@Kaelin: Your '.ecwid-random-thumbnail {width: 170px;}' work perfect. I put just this at the end of my theme style sheet, and it is ok !! thanks !

Looks good! I like the colors you're getting on your metals.... Are you using

Now if you add this code right under with width style so it looks like this:

.ecwid-random-thumbnail {
width: 170px;
-webkit-border-radius: 7px;
-moz-border-radius: 7px;
border-radius: 7px;
}

Your image will have rounded corners like your content box.

Here's mine (though without the rounded corners)
