Store not showing up in wordpress

Hi,

Maybe you guys can help me, my store is not showing up in wordpress. I have installed if, set it up, reinstalled, did everything this page said http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/15853324/...sswhatdoIdonow
and still nothing.

If I put the codes for the product browser widget (for example) it shows up, but the whole store it simply does not show up.

I appreciate any answer.

Best,

Bogdan.

Product browser basically is the whole shop - it is the main widget of Ecwid and it does end-to-end shopping cart - from showing lists of products to placing the orders and printing the invoices.

What is the URL address of the page you are working on?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply, and please excuse my clumsiness but I am new to Ecwid.
My store is located at http://www.beba.ro/beba-online-store/. I have been trying everything. My main goal is to enable the inline SEO (I have silver account), but from what I understand I cannot do that untill I setup the page correctly.

Right now the code in on my page is:
Quote:

Your browser does not support JavaScript. Please proceed to <a href="http://app.ecwid.com/jsp/xxxxxx/catalog">HTML version of Beba's store</a>

(where the xxxxxx is my account number)

but if I put the correct one:
Quote:
[ecwid_script] [ecwid_minicart] [ecwid_searchbox] [ecwid_categories] [ecwid_productbrowser]
nothing shows up.

Hope you guys can help.

Best,
Bogdan

That's strange. Can you please publish the plugin's shortcodes on some temporary page for me to inspect?

The necessary codes are all there except for one - the initial shop script download.

You need to include this line:
Code:

before those codes on the page and they will all produce their corresponding widgets.

Usually, the Ecwid plugin does not require such changes. I need to investigate why it turned out to be so, hence I would like to ask you for an admin access to that Wordpress site if possible. Please, let me know.

Thank you both so much! I woke up to the exact same problem this morning, and my store was running fine the night before. Once I saw the code at the end of this conversation I copied in my own store ID and gave it a shot. Problem solved.

Hi,

I've checked your Ecwid shop in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE. It's open and working fine. Here's a screenshot of your store page: http://www.diigo.com/item/image/30jhd/xvug
If the problem persists, please describe it in detail and clarify how we can see it.

As I see you're using Wordpress on your site. Probably you had the issue with one of the Wordpress plugins. Please, refer to this forum thread http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthre...2629#post72629
