The new HTML-notifications are available on all Ecwid plans.

To enable them please go to your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > General > Migrations and click "Enable".

Could you please let us provide us with more details about what translation you mean?

One of the html mails that now my customers receive isn't translated.
For example (without html):

I had translated the old design mails.
When you made the updates I enabled at my Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > General > Migrations but now is disabled because I need them translated.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply!

You can edit the new HTML-notifications in your Ecwid control panel > System settings > Mail. You can modify any template to meet the needs of your Ecwid store. This customisation includes completely redesigning the template, adding custom messages, promo codes, news feed subscriptions, links to other resources and many more. The template contains static text information and variables. You can change the texts if you want to rephrase them to any other way or translate the notification to your language, for example, you can copy the texts from your old notifications and paste them into the new templates.

The variables, on the other hand, are loaded from the Ecwid servers and at the moment they work this way:
- "Order confirmation" email template loads translations for the notification based on the language your customer views the storefront in;
- The language of the variables "Order shipped" and "Order status changed" templates depends on the language you view your Ecwid control panel in when changing the status (As far as I know, it is now available on several languages only, we are planning to add translations for all backend languages);
- the language of the "Successful Registration" and "Password Reminder" emails depend on the storefront language your customer registers or requests password reminder in.

Hello,
I don't undertand...
At my https://my.ecwid.com/cp/CP.html#mail I translated, months ago, all the seven notifications that you can see.

If I don't enable migration all continues ok (I receive, and the customer, a translated copy of the order) but if I enable, after the order I receive, and the customer a copy of that confirmation order in english.

I don't know to find this untranslated labels.

Maybe is because them are not translated yet ?

The main idea is how to translate the "Order Confirmation greeting message, the "new order message" and the Order Confirmation email ?

Hello,

I am very sorry for not being clear enough.

The new HTML-notifications have completely new templates that are not connected to the templates you have been using before switching to new notifications.

You can easily translate the new notifications as well (e.g. you can copy the texts from your old notifications and paste them into the new ones). To translate them please go to your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > Mail, select the template and click “Edit”. Find the text that should be translated (please see the underlined text on the screenshot: http://take.ms/erJld) and translate it right in the template.

The template here: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0404hz652d is the old plain text notification template. As far as I understand, it has been translated by you. I suggest that you just copy the phrases that should be translated from there and paste them into the new HTML-notifications. To enable them please go to your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > General > Migrations and click "Enable".

To add the translated phrases to the new HTML-notifications please go to your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > Mail, select the template and click “Edit”. Find the text that should be translated (please see the underlined text on the screenshot: http://take.ms/erJld) and translate it right in the template.
