I see, that you copied the message of the previous poster, so I'm going to presume, that you have the same problem.

I've looked into your PayPal settings, and see that you have enabled a Sandbox mode in your PayPal settings. See: http://take.ms/YlrYM
Sandbox mode is basically the test mode. No real transactions.
Please, go ahead and disable the Sandbox mode in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Payment > PayPal > Actions > Edit > Advanced settings > Sandbox Mode.
Once you do that, you will be able to receive real transactions.
