I setup a single-use coupon for one specific customer yet he was able to use it twice? Please advise.

Any updates?

I often reward my loyal customers with their own unique single-use coupon codes. So far every time one is used the status would be changed to "used up" and I've always trusted Ecwid.

However, the code above was first used on 10/14 and again today.

Thanks.

Still nothing? I assume I don't need to provide screenshots as Ecwid staff can easily go to my control panel and see the coupon and that it has been used twice right? But if screenshots are needed please do let me know.

This is rather important for obvious reasons.

At the very least confirm that you see it being used twice in the backend or that you're working on it.

Yes, I can see it is indicated as being used twice. Both of the times the client has used Google Checkout, which may be a reason for such behavior as per here: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/24739561/...idAdvancedinfo (p.4, Google Checkout). I'm still looking into the issue.

UPDATE
It is possible to create loyalty program in your Ecwid store with the help of the third-party apps that are already connected to Ecwid. Please refer to this article for details: https://help.ecwid.com/customer/port...-for-customers
