Hi,

Unfortunately, this isn't possible.

The developer has requested this information, that you've just provided now, and now the ticket for this problem will come to live, and the investigation will be continued.

I can't really give you any ETA on it, but for the time being I encourage you to use the workarounds (custom shipping methods), that I've provided above.

Thank you for understanding.

I understood, Charlie.

The problem is that custom shipping methods don't give us the correct price. So the clients are complaining and we don't know what to do.

Can you describe how you want to arrange shipping for your products?

Dádiva have a contract with Correios Brasil that give us a better price for shipping, below standard price.
So I think we need to conect our account to enable our price table on calculator carrier.

But the same error appear when I try to conect. That was the first issue I reported to you.

I realise that. Thank you for the explanation.

What I meant — using the custom table shipping, so you could price your shipping as you wish.

Have you tried doing that?

No, I don't try this method because the chart of prices is so big.
Have many different prices according to zip code.

But how can I try to put my prices in custom tabel shipping?

That depends.

Like for example, every states in Brazil can have its own price for shipping. You could create a geographical zone for every state and create a corresponding number of shipping methods, based on those zones.

See this article about zones: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...tination-zones

You could work the amount of zip codes around, it's explained in the article too!

Charlie,

I read the article e undertood. But in Brazil some zip codes are from distant regions, but closer numbers.
For exemple, 83800 is in a city near to capital of State of Paraná, but 838001 is in a further city.

And Brazil is large country, so create zone by zone is a job that spends a lot of time.

I see.

I realise, that this may take up your time, and I'm sorry, but before the fix with your account connection is released there is only so many workarounds I can offer.

Are default rates that bad? How do they differ from the chart you mentioned? Can you provide the chart?

Charlie, I put the chart on this link: http://dadivaonline.com/tabela-correios

The document is in Portuguese, but basically explain that:

L = Capital and near cities prices
E = City of same state but not so close
N = Capital of states, from shippings capital to capital
I = interstate and from any location of Brazil

The numbers means the distance from sender. In each group (L, E, N or I).

The Column called "Peso" means weight, and is in Kg, not pounds.

It's complicated to put all this information in Zones, because are many different options. But see what you can do.
