The Swell team is planning to stop the support of their integration with Ecwid on July 16th, 2017. As a result your customers will no longer be able to automatically receive and redeem their points in your online store.

While this is definitely sad news, you have the option to switch over to one of our other customer rewards applications, like: Gratisfaction, Loyal2 and other store analytics apps.

We want to make this transition easy. Simply export your customers and points by going to the Swell Admin panel > Customers > Click "Export" button in the top-right corner and import it to one of the services above to continue.
