Some products pop up but others go to new page

I created a custom grid of individual products for my store page. Everything works great, except that some products pop up into a thickbox, while others open the product details in the parent page. All of the code is identical for each set of products. One whole row (same category) has the pop-up behavior, while the other 3 rows/categories open in the parent page.

How can I make the behavior consistent? I'd use all pop-up or all page, just want consistency. Thanks!

I have inspected your site for investigation the issue. The product pages are opened in different places on your custom products grid because of the links assigned to the product thumbnails there. Please read the explanation below.

The thumbnails links in first row on your custom store page have addresses like this:
Code:
http://underdoodles.com/the-shop#ecwid:...
The links in other three rows have addresses like this:
Code:
http://underdoodles.com/496#ecwid:...
So, you actually have two WordPress pages where your products are displayed:
- http://underdoodles.com/the-shop (the page with your custom products grid),
- http://underdoodles.com/496 (the page where the Ecwid product browser is installed).
When you click one of the thumbnails linked to the '496' page, you are redirected to that page.

If you want to keep the same behavior for all of your products on your custom page, you should change the links accordingly. In other words, you should make all of your thumbnails to be linked to one WP page (you don't need to change the URL parts after '#' as they are set correctly, as far I can see).
For example, the first product in the second row has the thumbnail linked to this address:
http://underdoodles.com/496#ecwid:ca...roduct=7843529

If you want this product to appear in a popup-like window, you should set the following link for the product thumbnail:
http://underdoodles.com/the-shop#ecw...roduct=7843529

There is also one thing I should explain - why the popup-like window appears. There are two possible ways how Ecwid pages are displayed:
- if a visitor uses any Ecwid widget and the product browser is installed on this page, all actions will be made in it;
- If he/she does it, but the product browser doesn't exist on the page, the popup window with the product browser will be created on this page. So a visitor will be able to view a product anyway regardless the fact the product browser isn’t installed there.

In your case the product browser doesn't exist on your custom page, that is why the second rule is applied. However there is a way to redirect your customers to the page where the product browser is installed every time they try to see a product details or perform any other action which requires displaying the product browser. In order to do it you should specify the Ecwid product browser URL with a special 'ecwid_ProductBrowserURL' option in the code of your custom page. I think this way is more convenient for you. Please read the following article in our knowledge base for more information of the 'ecwid_ProductBrowserURL' option:

Hope it helps.
