Paypal Checkout Button Not Showing


Everything is working fine except the checkout button, if you add something to the cart and try to checkout there is no checkout button.

This is what it should look like (and what looks like on the starter site): http://prntscr.com/iahxjs

And this is what it looks like on my website: http://prntscr.com/iahzsw

I'm temporarily using the starter site until I can figure out what's wrong

I checked both your Ecwid Starter Site and your own website to test the checkout.

As I see, the PayPal button is shown on your Ecwid Starter Site, see the screenshot: http://take.ms/jlRDM. And it is not shown on your site, see the screenshot: http://take.ms/txsI6.

I'm sorry you faced this issue. I've escalated it to our developers so they could check this out from their side.

Once I get any details I'll contact you with an update.

I have an update for you.

Our developers investigated the issue and found the cause.

The thing is that your site is using the following style:

Code:
<style>
    iframe {display:none !important;}     
</style>
It blocks all the iframes on your site. And the PayPal button is rendered into an iframe. We can't change the way PayPal button works.
So you need to remove this code from the source code of your site.

If you are not sure where to find this code and how to remove it, please, use the following workaround:

Add the following CSS code to your site CSS or in your custom CSS theme in your Ecwid Control panel > Design:

#ecwid-payment-details-paypal-placeholder iframe {
    display: block !important;
}
Activate the theme and save the changes, then refresh your storefront to see the results.

Please, note that we strongly recommend you remove the above-mentioned style from your site backend since it affects all iframes not only the PayPal iframe. So if you don't remove it from your site, it will affect other iframes, for example, Facebook likes widget.

I'm having the same issue on this link: http://www.psiloveyou.org/store-2/checkout/payment but this solution didn't work. Visible in IE but not Firefox or Chrome.

Any thoughts?

I’m sorry to hear that you faced the same problem and the solution provided above didn’t work. I reported the issue to our developers and they are looking into this right now. We will update you on the matter as soon as possible!

As I see, the “PayPal Checkout” button is disabled in your store, but your customers still can pay through PayPal, they just need to choose this payment method at checkout.
