I just checked my FB Page where it says "store" and clicked: https://www.facebook.com/Towelpros/app/251458316228/

I then went back to the FB main page and clicked the link and it worked. I posted it on my FB Page about not having to go to the actual store. A customer said it's a bad link, but it works on my computer just fine. Help, please.

As I see you have the old Facebook integration enabled in your store. The thing is that Ecwid stores added to Facebook via this integration are not displayed on mobile devices and when your customers open a store link on their mobiles they can see this message: "The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have a permission to view this page." The reason is Facebook limitations, which impact all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. As a workaround we usually suggest adding a Facebook call-to-action "Shop Now” button, please find instructions here: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...t-Should-I-Do-

Also, we can enable our new Facebook integration for your account. Stores added via this integration are visible on mobiles. Please check the article about Facebook shops and catalog requirements and let us know if you want to try this out.
