FraudLabs Pro in ecwid

We are currently using Shopify and it has FraudLabs Pro add-on that helps us to review all orders and identify frauds. It is a mission critical feature in our store because we experienced high chargeback rate before using it.

Does ecwid integrated with FraudLabs Pro or has 3rd party add-on support? It has a free tier if you don't have a lot of transactions per month.

Hello!

Thanks a lot for contacting us and for your interest in Ecwid.

At the moment, FraudLabs Pro is not an integrated solution in Ecwid. If you'd like to connect it to your Ecwid store, please consider the following options.

Various integrations with Ecwid are possible with the help of API – this means you can connect your Ecwid account to a third party app. To achieve this, you will need to create a custom app for your own store. You'll find Ecwid API documentation at this link https://developers.ecwid.com/api-documentation

Such customization requires advanced programming skills. If you need a professional help with the custom integration, you may want to hire a developer. In Ecwid, we offer a customization service on a paid basis. If you are interested in, let me know and I will forward your request to our customization team.

As an alternative, you can connect Ecwid to a 3-d party software using a ready-made app Zapier. Here is the direct link to this app: https://www.ecwid.com/apps/featured/zapier And this is the link to our KB article explaining how Zapier app works in Ecwid: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...7807435-Zapier

Also, Ecwid supports order export in CSV format. So, you can manually transfer the orders from Ecwid to a third-party app with the help of CSV file. To learn how to download the orders to a file, refer to this article please: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...ing-store-data

Feel free to message us back if you have any further questions. We'll be glad to help!
