How can we help you? I see the button to verify my shop when added through Facebook, but when I click the link I see: Only page's owners can access page settings

When I try to add it through the Ecwid dashboard, it is not listed.

I have verified that I am the admin of the page. This is a brand new page and launch for our company. We are looking to using a premium account, but if we can not get this to work in trial mode. We will look elsewhere for another way to sell on Facebook.

Please provide the link to your storefront.

The trial is working on our Wordpress page: www.justlikemydoll.com

Hello Christine,

this is Stacy from Ecwid Customer Care team.

I have an update for you!

First of all, I'm sorry you faced the issue. I'm here to help you with it.

I inspected your store and the link to your Facebook storefront as well. I could see this message on the page https://www.facebook.com/Just-Like-M.../251458316228/

It looks like you should just add the Store ID of your Ecwid account. As I can see, it is Store ID 5508028.

So, here is what you should do to fix it:

- Go to the settings page of your Ecwid app on Facebook, here is a direct link: https://apps.facebook.com/ecwid-shop/
- Click on Settings link, like this:

- You will be redirected to the app settings. Specify your Store ID (5508028) here:

- scroll down the page and save the changes.

I really hope this helps.

Please, do let me know if it works for you. Thank you in advance!

Default I do not see a settings for that page.

I can see it to add it to the page.

But it does not show up in the list of shops.

The shop does not need to be on ChrisCrossCrafts.

Should I completely recreate the page and try again? I would not be losing any fans. It is just being made.

In fact there is only two pages that show up on Ecwid at all.

Could it be how the page is listed on Facebook? The only ones that are listed Chris~Cross~Crafts and CCC Supplies.

I created a new page with a different category and I still get the same error: Only page's owners can access page settings

Hi there,

I'm Edward from Ecwid Team.

I've checked your Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Just-Like-M...6744893684531/ and as I could see, the store page shows up now without any error messages:

Have you managed to resolve the problem?

In general, the reason why the page didn't show up on the list of connected stores is that the setup was not completed. As Stacy mentioned in her previous message, if you don't enter the store ID or enter it incorrectly, this error message appears. The important part is that the changes must be saved, otherwise, they won't be applied.

Now it seems that it all is configured correctly.

So please let me know if you have any questions left.
