Product no longer showing up on line in store

Hi-
I have several products in my store that have been listed for a couple of years. They are not longer showing up to the customer yet they are " enabled". What could be the problem? They were selling last week.

To understand how to solve the issue, we will need more details from you — please post here an example of a product (by SKU) enabled in your Ecwid control panel, but missing in the storefront. We'll check it and provide you with a solution.

Hi-
There are two products in particular that are enables yet not showing. SKU 00017 and 00042. When i go to the website neither show any more, have unlimited inventory and are enabled

The link that you show above is not what opens when you go to google or Explorer. As a matter of fact if you open the site in either places that page does not show up. That is the product pages that need to show up. The entire site has been "scrambled". What was originally placed on a page and catagory does not show any more.

Both products are not assigned to any custom categories, so you can find them in a default one that is called “Store front page”.

I don’t quite understand what exactly was “scrambled” and what original version you mean. Can you please provide some more details? Are there any changes you’d like to revert?
