Default my store does not show in openin facebook

How can we help you?

Please provide the link to your storefront

I can't even get this url to work, I have tried it in numerous combinations.

The issue is, upon coming into my facebook page, I was hoping you would enter it with the items for sale present on the page. Not having to go over and click on "store" Isn't that how it should be? If not, I guess I have no use for this. I mean, I made a page that I really liked thinking it was how the page would look, but I surely am not seeing it on facebook.

Confused.

I see they are clickable here, but you can't use them to search with them, is that normal? I am not real tech savvy

Hello!
This is Anna with Ecwid team, thank you for the messages!

I checked your Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/AnjisAttic/app/251458316228/ and I can see that your Ecwid store is added there just fine, please take a look at the screenshot:

Ecwid stores can be added to Facebook Business pages with the help of a special application. This app creates the "Store" tab for your Facebook page menu, so your customers can open the tab, browse the products and place orders in your Ecwid store right from Facebook.

In order to open your Ecwid store on Facebook, the customers will need to search for your Facebook Business page title and click on the corresponding tab in the page's menu.

Just in case, here you'll find some more details on how Ecwid stores work with Facebook: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...re-on-Facebook

I hope this information helps.
Kind regards,

Thank you for looking. I don't know why that didn't work for me when I go into it with a friends facebook page. It went into the page ok, but landed on the home page. I'll have her try it again tomorrow. Thank you.

so my friends are telling me my page is not showing this page on their phones. Any idea why? thank you for any help. I have tried everything. They can bring my page up, but when they click shop now nothing happens.
That is what I meant by I didn't want anyone to have to do that. I wanted them to be able to just go to my page and see the store with the items there. My understanding was that is how it would be set up. I am quite frustrated. Now no one can see anything but the pictures at the top of the page and page information. I wanted to upgrade soon so I could list more items, thinking this may not be for me.

Currently, Ecwid stores don't display on mobile devices and when your customers open the link https://www.facebook.com/AnjisAttic/app/251458316228/ on their mobile devices they can see this message: "The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have a permission to view this page." The reason is Facebook limitations, which impact all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. Here we explain in details why stores on Facebook are not shown on mobiles, please take a look: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...s/115002965485

As a workaround, we usually suggest adding a Facebook call-to-action "Shop Now” button and as I see you already set the button and added a link to your Starter Site.

I see what you mean and actually, the button should work exactly this way. I opened your Facebook page —https://www.facebook.com/AnjisAttic/ — on my mobile, clicked the “Shop Now” button and was redirected to your Starter Site, so it seems to be working fine on my end. I was able to look through your products and add them to the shopping bag. You mentioned that your friends reproduce the issue. Are you reproducing it yourself? If yes, we will really appreciate if you provide a screencast or a couple of screenshots that illustrate the problem and we will investigate it further.

Also, if there are any questions left, please feel free to ask. We are here to answer and help.

Best regards,
Una Q.
