I apologize for not replying sooner.

I am very sorry you have faced the issue. I have checked your site and was able to reproduce it: when I add a product to cart and click big yellow PayPal button ( or click "Checkout" and select "PayPal Express Checkout" ( the page just reloads and the the customer is not redirected to PayPal. Both these ways mean that the customer will be using PayPal Express Checkout.

If I select PayPal as a payment method (, I successfully get redirected to PayPal for paying: This way PayPal Standard option is used.

I have checked the backend of your store and see that in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings Payment the "PayPal Express Checkout" option is enabled, but not configured (, so it does not work properly.

At the same time PayPal Standard is set just fine and so it works properly - there is your PayPal account email entered in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Payment, PayPal, [Account Details]:

If you want to use PayPal Express Checkout, please configure this payment option as described here: If you do not need this payment method, you can just disable it in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Payment > PayPal Express Checkout tab.
