Thank you for contacting us.

At the moment there are three formats that you can use when importing your products:
- CSV
- Xcart
- LiteCommerce

The CSV format is the most used one and I would suggest that you use that option when you import your products.

Basically the import process goes like this:
- you create a CSV file according to the fields that Ecwid can 'understand'
- then you will need to select these fields in the import process in Ecwid and import the file itself
- in case if the file was created correctly, the products that were in that CSV file will be added to your Ecwid catalog
