Hello!
This is Anna with Ecwid team, thank you for the reply and the details.

The issue you described may be connected to the fact that your Facebook account is not listed as the administrator of the page you'd like to add the store to.

Thus, please, check your page role:

- log in to your Facebook account
- open the Facebook Business page you'd like to add Ecwid to
- click Settings > Page Roles
- your Facebook account name should appear as "Admin" in the "Existing Page Roles" block:



If your Facebook account is not listed as an administrator, it should be granted with this permission to add the Ecwid store to the page.

In case you are the administrator of the necessary page, please send me a screenshot of the "Page Role" settings and a link to the Facebook page you'd like to add Ecwid to.
