As far as I can see, your account was registered and upgraded via Wix. I am very sorry, but currently the paid apps from Ecwid App market are only available for accounts registered directly with Ecwid (at https://www.ecwid.com). We are negotiating and working with Wix on improving that, yet there is no ETA, sorry.
