Hi Richard,

I checked this input in several browsers and I see that it's hidden in Chrome only. In Firefox and Safari, it displays at all times.

So to make it display at all times in Chrome, you can add this code to Custom CSS Themes:

input[type=number]::-webkit-outer-spin-button {  
   opacity: 1;
}
