I do not receive any emails from
notifications@ecwid.com on my email address
info °at° xxxxxxxx .eu
Previously I used a .com email address and it worked smoothly.
The problem exists for the email validation procedure as well as admin notifications.
- I already tried to resend many times.
- Logged out and in again.
- Changed the address back and forth.
- I did check my spam folder.
- I already added
notifications@ecwid.com to my address book (in the web interface of my email provider and on my computer).
- I never marked one of your messages as spam.
Is my email on the rejection list in your mail delivery system, due to any reason?
Please help.
