Thank you very much for such detailed information.

I tested all the described issues in my test store and could reproduce them all.

I forwarded the information to our developers — they'll take a close look into these problems. Although, I can not provide you with the exact ETA. Firstly, we'll have to investigate if the PayPal integration allows making these changes.
