I inspected your account settings carefully and found out the cause of such behavior. Let me explain this to you in details.

The thing is, you should set up a logo for Starter site, mail notifications, and invoice separately.

1 - To change the Starter site logo

- proceed to Ecwid control panel > Settings > General > Starter site tab and click on "Edit starter site" button
- a new settings page will be opened, you should scroll it down and change the logo

2 - To change the mail notifications logo

- go to Ecwid control panel > Settings > Mail page and scroll it down
- upload the needed logo, like this:

3 - To change the invoice logo

- navigate to the control panel > Settings > Invoice page
- upload the needed logo for the invoice, like this:

As a side note. Please, remember to validate your email.
