As smoothsailingclothing mentioned in the related thread, you have different layouts on those page. In fact, those are also different Ecwid stores (they do not belong to the same Ecwid account).

Most likely, the closing </div> element is missing in the second integration.

Please describe how you integrated store widgets on those pages. As far as I can see, they weren't integrated using our Joomla plugin, rather were they placed using custom HTML modules. Is it so? Why? Anyway, can you please provide the exact integration code you use for the second page (where layout is broken). I will look into it. I think the reason is in the code. Thank you.
you are correct, they are 2 different accts. we use one for testing while the other is live. they are 2 different stores as well, however it wasn't until i incorporated the product browser widget code into the truefind store that we had issues with things disappearing.

i integrated ecwid by copying the code in the product browser widget and modified the category id to display the sub-level categories vs the top level.

this code is on the "broken" page

<div style="position: relative;">
<!-- Start Hidden Div Code -->
<div style="background-color: ; position: absolute; top: 50px; left: 63px; width: 40px; z-index:1;"><a href="http://triparishwebmall.com/">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</a>
</div>
<!-- End Hidden Div Code -->
<div id="my-store-2411039">This store is powered by Ecwid - <a href="http://www.ecwid.com">Shopping Cart</a>. If you your browser does not support JavaScript, please proceed to its <a href="http://app.ecwid.com/jsp/2411039/catalog">simple HTML version</a>.</div><div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://app.ecwid.com/script.js?2411039" charset="utf-8"></script><script type="text/javascript"> xProductBrowser("categoriesPerRow=3","views=grid(3 ,3) list(10) table(20)","categoryView=grid","searchView=list"," style=", "defaultCategoryId=6227377","id=my-store-2411039");</script>
</div>

this code is on the "working" page
<div style="position: relative;">
<!-- Start Hidden Div Code -->
<div style="background-color: ; position: absolute; top: 50px; left: 63px; width: 40px; z-index:1;"><a href="http://triparishwebmall.com/">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</a>
</div>
<!-- End Hidden Div Code -->
<div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://app.ecwid.com/script.js?798124" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"> xProductBrowser("categoriesPerRow=3","views=grid(3 ,3) list(10) table(20)","categoryView=grid","searchView=list"," style=","responsive=yes","defaultCategoryId=357460 1"); </script>
<noscript>Your browser does not support JavaScript. Please proceed to <a href="http://triparishwebmall.ecwid.com">HTML version of Tri-Parish Web Mall</a></noscript>
</div>
</div>

please note the "hidden code" is there because we want the redirect to be different than the default that would normally be present in the ecwid stores when "store" is clicked. most of this was already set up when i took over the work. if there is an easier way, please share it with me as i'm still learning all of this. you mentioned a plugin for ecwid...i'm not sure i understand how that's different than the supplied code that is in the product browser widget in the dashboard...which is what we use in our article inside joomla. it's possible i am missing an end div tag and not seeing it... i've looked at this code so many times, i don't think i'm actually seeing anything anymore.

i appreciate your help with this...
