In case, you are still having problems with another storefront, please post a link to it here and specify the browser version and operating system you are running.

In addition, please, perform the following tests to help us identify the problem, if any:

1. Can you access your Ecwid Starter Site at http://glitzandglamboutique.ecwid.com/
2. Can you access our Demo Store at http://www.ecwid.com/demo
3. Does the same issue occur if you try to open your store in a different browser? on a different internet connection?

Post the results of the tests here and we will continue to investigate.
