I apologize for not replying sooner.

I am very sorry you have faced the issue. I have checked your site and was able to reproduce it: when I add a product to cart and click big yellow PayPal button (http://take.ms/3Fxtf) or click "Checkout" and select "PayPal Express Checkout" (http://take.ms/cRbyn) the page just reloads and the the customer is not redirected to PayPal. Both these ways mean that the customer will be using PayPal Express Checkout.

If I select PayPal as a payment method (http://take.ms/itEP4), I successfully get redirected to PayPal for paying: http://take.ms/Z0vkp This way PayPal Standard option is used.

I have checked the backend of your store and see that in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings Payment the "PayPal Express Checkout" option is enabled, but not configured (http://take.ms/q04Ig), so it does not work properly.

At the same time PayPal Standard is set just fine and so it works properly - there is your PayPal account email entered in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Payment, PayPal, [Account Details]: http://take.ms/ErzJh

If you want to use PayPal Express Checkout, please configure this payment option as described here: https://help.ecwid.com/customer/port...xpresscheckout If you do not need this payment method, you can just disable it in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Payment > PayPal Express Checkout tab.
