I'm guessing your mail-server got sick of receiving bounce backs and maybe flagged it?

I checked our mail server.
Indeed our mail server received bounce backs several times when tried to send notifications to your email address. After these attempts your email address was put down to a rejection list.

At the moment we removed this ban successfully. Now you will receive all Ecwid notifications.
