At the moment I can’t reproduce the issue as the PayPal method is disabled in your Ecwid account. I also checked the option in my test store and the “Continue” button works just fine on my side. So I will really appreciate if you provide some more details on the matter and we will investigate it further:

1) What device and operational system do you use? Have you tried to test the button on other devices?
2) Please tell in what browser you opened your store and check whether the issue is reproduced in other browsers. Let us know the results.
3) Please attach a screencast or screenshots that illustrate the issue.
4) Also, it will be great if you enable the PayPal method so we can check it from our end.
