Since we cannot reproduce the issue from our side, we will ask you to provide us with the following details for troubleshooting the problem:

(2) Answer all the questions from this checklist: My store loads slowly, how to fix it
On paid Ecwid plans images are delivered via CDN service which speeds up their loading, but the timing that you're experiencing is certainly not normal. Please send us the above details so we can chase down the problem. Thank you.
