I've checked your store and the settings are correct. However, the translation is still not shown on your website. I also noticed that the app works correctly on your Starter Site.
I escalated all details on the issue to the app developers, so they could check it and find out what might went wrong. I will send you the update to the email address you used to register in Ecwid.
