I've looked through the chat that you mention. It looks like some misunderstanding has occurred. I'm sorry about that.

We do keep integrations with different services up to date, so there may be some small updates from time to time. As for PayPal, I've checked your store When I go to the checkout and click the yellow PayPal button, I actually see the option for the guest checkout:

I'm checking it in the Chrome Incognito mode. The fact whether the customer will see the guest checkout depends on a number of factors defined by PayPal. That includes buyer's location, PayPal purchase history, PayPal cookies, etc.

For example, PayPal doesn't allow guest checkout in Russia. So, even if you enable the guest checkout in your merchant PayPal account, customers from Russia still won't be able to pay with a card via PayPal in your store. After they select Russia in the country drop-down in the PayPal popup, they will see the option to log into an existing account or create a new one. That behavior is fully controlled by PayPal, Ecwid doesn't affect it. What you see inside the popup after you click 'Pay with PayPal' is generated by PayPal.

So, if you or some of your customers previously saw the guest checkout and now don't, please contact the PayPal support team. They will check your PayPal accounts and let you know why you can't use the guest checkout anymore. Also, try clicking the button in the Incognito mode.

If you want to give customers an option to pay with credit cards, you can set up other payment methods in your store that allow it. Thus, at the checkout, customers will see PayPal and the other payment option you set up and will be able to choose how they want to pay.

You can see the list of online payment methods that can be set up in Ecwid in this article: To see what payment methods are available in your country, go to your Ecwid control panel > Payment > scroll down the page > click 'Choose payment processor' button.
