At last, it seems to be working correctly. How unfortunate that I had to keep explaining this problem over and over to several different agents, who usually countered me, saying it works, and I had to point out everything starting from scratch again and again. Not just here on the forum, but in chat and over email. Why is it so difficult to get results for paying customers?
I know you have said sorry, but waiting for over a month just isn't good customer service.
