That email address should be dead. I entered the new one into my Ecwid profile and it is displaying correctly... but somehow all the email seems to be going to my OLD address, which should not even be active anymore.

I am so sorry to learn that you faced this.

In order to change the email address for the admin notifications, please go to your Ecwid control panel > Settings > Mail page:

Scroll the page down and click "Change" button in the "Mail settings" area. Save changes after editing.
