Thank you for using Ecwid!
Yes, it's totally possible to add your Ecwid store to your Facebook page even if you registered through Wix website. It's one of key Ecwid advantages: you can have your store at any amount of platforms at the same time.
In order to do it, please go to your Wix HTML editor and open the Store Page.
Then do the right click on the store area and click "App Settings" at the menu appeared.
Click "Manage your Store" button to open the Ecwid Control Panel. The go to Promotions > Facebook and follow the instructions that you find there.
You can always find your Store ID right at your Wix HTML Editor at the app settings (see the screenshot: http://take.ms/XmTSd) and at the footer of your Ecwid Control Panel.
