Hello Brian!

Thanks a lot for your report. We are aware of this problem and our developers are already working on fixing it. We will post an update here once we fix it.

As I see in your Ecwid control panel, you are using old invoices at the moment. As a workaround I suggest that you switch to the new one in your Ecwid control panel ->Settings -> [url=""]"What's New" tab[/url], Improved printed invoices.
