The services part of my business involves uploading content to my website and I need to find a way to redirect my customers to a page with an upload form so they can upload their files. Of course, I only want this to happen for some of my products but not all of them.

Is there a way to do this? Would be fantastic if I could even integrate the upload form into the checkout process, but that seems a bit more complicated.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello!
Thank you for reaching out!

As far as I understand, you would like to let your customers upload files when they select certain products.

It is possible to realise that using the "Upload files" Product Option.
To set up the option, please follow the instructions:

1) Log in to your Ecwid Control Panel
2) Go to Catalog, create a new product or select an existing one to edit
3) Click on Options tab and select “New Option”
4) Type the Option Title and select the input type “Upload files” (you can take a look at the screenshot below):

5) Save the changes

Now your customers will see the “Upload Files” button on a Product Details page:

I hope the solution helps.
