Hello,

This is Stacy from Ecwid Customer care team.

Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry you faced this. I'm here to help you with it.

Can you please detail the issue? Could you recreate on mobiles?

The thing is, Facebook has certain restrictions hindering the work of applications on mobiles, and it impacts all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. This is a limitation of Facebook: applications developed not by Facebook are not shown on mobile devices. All Android and iOS tablets are considered as mobile devices as well. So that’s why it's not possible to open Ecwid store integrated to Facebook when browsing from a mobile device.

We are very sorry about this issue. Our goal is to make Ecwid the most convenient and easy to use e-commerce solution. That's why we've thought about how to work this limitation around. Here is a detailed explanation how to fix it: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...t-Should-I-Do-

In short, you should do the following:

I really hope this helps.

Please, feel free to contact us any further support is needed. We are always glad to assist.

Thank you!
