Billing Address: Hide Full Name

A lot of my customers buy my product as a gift. Thus, they are filling two different address information. One for shipping info and the other for billing. However, this is where the problem started. My shop linked with Shippo as a shipping service. When the order sync on Shippo, instead of the shipping information, they are linked with the billing information. This is sometimes confused for the receiver and make it hard for them to claim it from the post office.
Is there any way that I can hide the Full Name field on the Billing Address site?
