I have just checked your store that is located here: and found that it works great for me.

I have tested it in all browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari.

Can you please clarify what exactly you see when you open your Ecwid store page on Facebook ( ?

Is there any error message shown to you?

Also can you please clarify what browser, it's version and operating system you use? Is there the same issue if you open your storefront page in another browser?
