I have checked your settings and seen that the zones are set correctly.

The reason why the carrier-calculated method is not shown on checkout is in the fact that the size you have set for envelopes in your account (your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > Shipping, "SaoPaolo:Brazil Correios" method, "Settings", please see the screenshot: http://take.ms/HD4xE), the sizes you have there are 8x8x2 cm (please see the screenshot: http://take.ms/vAZO1) while the minimum size for envelopes is 16x11 cm (please see the screenshot from the "Correios" site (http://www3.correios.com.br/): http://take.ms/tnvym).

Please make the envelope sizes in the "Settings" (http://take.ms/vAZO1) not less than 16x11 cm and the shipping method will be displayed fine.
