I will surely forward it to our product management team for consideration.

I am so sorry that you faced this problem. At the moment there is no built-in option in Ecwid, which allows to remove pre-defined zip code unfortunately.

In the meantime I'd suggest using the following workaround: apply the special Javascript code, which removes all pre-defined values from shipping address form on chekout in your store. There is the link to this custom script: http://pastebin.com/cN2s8MbT
Please, add this script to the source code of the webpage, where Ecwid online store is installed between <body> and </body> tags.

Please note, in order to check whether this Javascript code works, you should clear browser data or open your online store in incognito mode.

Please let me know how this approach works.
