Ecwid Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The survey prize draw (the “Draw”) is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and open to existing Ecwid by Lightspeed Customers located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States who are subscribed to a paid Ecwid plan and complete all the survey questions between January 22, 2024 and February 11, 2024 (“Entrant”). Limit one (1) entry per Entrant. The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all entries received in accordance with these terms, and will be contacted by Lightspeed via email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in accordance with these terms. By entering the Draw, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Three (3) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $50 USD.  Prizes are subject to any applicable Visa Gift Card terms. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Lightspeed’s discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Draw. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Draw or modify its terms at any time.
