How Does iZettle Work?

2. Select the product or payment amount.
3. Insert the customer’s credit/debit card into the card reader.

How iZettle Works with Ecwid?

Ecwid has partnered with iZettle to integrate it into the Ecwid app. This means that once you connect iZettle to Ecwid, you can accept offline credit/debit cards payments for products from your Ecwid catalog. Inventory levels in Ecwid online store are automatically adjusted as you sell offline so your do not have to worry about selling one product twice.

Note: iZettle works with Ecwid Mobile app for iOS only.

The process to start selling is simple:

1. Download the Ecwid mobile app from the App Store.
2. Go to settings in the Ecwid app and connect to iZettle.
3. Choose one of the two card readers from iZettle.
4. Plug in the card reader and start accepting payments anywhere.

Keep in mind that iZettle only works with Ecwid’s paid plan. If you’re on the free plan, you will need to upgrade to at least the Venture plan ($15/month) to use iZettle.

How Much Does it Cost?
