Order Alert

Order Alert is a convenient mobile app that keeps you instantly informed about activity in your webshop. Through the settings page of the mobile app you can choose to receive notifications for every new order, every paid order, or both, ensuring you never miss an important update. The app allows you to view detailed order information directly on your smartphone, so you can quickly check what’s been purchased and take action when needed.

Available for both Android and Apple devices, Order Alert helps streamline your workflow by removing the need to constantly monitor your store manually. Instead, you’ll receive automatic notifications in real time, saving you valuable time and allowing you to focus on other tasks while staying fully in control of your orders.

Installation:

Step 1: Install the app from the E-series App Store

Step 2: Install the mobile app on your phone using one of the links below.

Step 3: Connect the two apps by following the instructions in the apps, so orders can be sent from your webshop to the mobile app. 

Step 4: Choose whether you want to receive notifications for every placed and/or paid order.

Cost:

The costs of this application are from € 1,75 per month after a trial period of 14 days.

The cost of the application is based on the number of new orders that are synchronized with the mobile app after the initial installation. 

The following graduated scales are used and added to the basic price of € 1,75:

• 0 - 10 orders: No extra fee
• 11 - 25 orders: € 0,05 per order
• 25 orders - unlimited: € 0,025 per order
