Default Regenerate E-Goods Links

Good morning,

I am hoping someone can help. I am really new and not very tech savvy at all. I had a customer who purchased some e-files. Her download links have expired. I searched through here to see that the remedy is to "regenerate" her links. Unfortunately, when I go into the order screen and locate her order #2012032, I don't see a "regenerate links" icon, hyperlink or anything. I am so sorry to bother. It is probably some place very easy to locate, but I just can't seem to find it.

Can someone please direct me?

In Sales, Orders, click "see all details" of that particular order. Down on the left hand side almost at the bottom of your screen you should see the file name of the E-good (under where it says: Download). If it is correct, behind the file name it now states: Expired.

Underneath you should see a link with the name [re-generate] - that's the one to click

Thank you so much for your response. I sincerely appreciate it.

With your additional information I was able to figure out the problem. That order was for a design team member. I had refunded her money so her payment status was set to cancelled. That is why I couldn't see the additional information you described by the E-good name-link. Once I reset here status to accepted and clicked "details"...there was the information as you described.

I only mention this for future reference in case someone else sees this thread and can't figure out why they aren't seeing the "regenerate" link.....Check the payment status :-)
