Probably an easy question but how to change width of the store?
I have a joomla site in std 1024 pix width but the ecwid store is wider and the log in on the right is slightly outside so I want to change the width of the store. How do I do that?
Thanks for any help /J

Ecwid adapts to a given width and usually fits well the 1024 wide container without any special actions. It may not fit due to the style of your site or the widget settings you apply. Please, let us know the address of the page that you are talking about.

Hi and thanks for your support but in the absence of certain payment solutions, we decided that we can not use ecwid in this case. But if the problem were to arise again, I understand that there are no particulary place in settings that you can adjust the width of Ecwid or ..?

Ecwid adjusts to the given width. There is no special settings or options for that, it happens automatically. However, in some cases your site's styling or your Ecwid custom CSS theme can force the size of some certain elements in your store, breaking the automatic adjustment to the given width. This is why I asked the address of page where Ecwid does not fit the width - it needs special looking into what exactly caused widget to be that wide.

Hello Eugene, my store is outside the container like the original person above had an issue with. I have a business membership but I do not see the "live chat" option available anywhere. My store is located at http://www.gratwickproductions.com/gratwick-store/
Any help you can give in regards to the width would be great. Its a responsive theme if that makes a difference.

I have checked your store and as far as I can see, it is falling out of the container because of too wide products list. In order to fix this problem, I suggest you to decrease the paddings between products in the list using following code:
Code:
td.ecwid-productBrowser-productsGrid-cell {
padding: 0 10px;
}
This code should be placed in the end of your custom CSS theme in Ecwid control panel -> System Settings -> Design.
