Default Reponsive / adaptive design issues

Having issues with the responsive / adaptive design migration. The design looks messed up when looking at it on mobile device. I provided an image below.

Hi,

Thank you for the report.

I've just tested it on iPhone 5 with iOS7 Safari and on a desktop Chrome emulating iOS6. Here is the results:
1. iOS6, Chrome (using Chrome 'overrides').
Screenshot: http://take.ms/S9nmq . As far as I can see, it's responsive and working OK.

2. iOS7 Safari, Chrome (iPhone 5).
Screenshot: http://take.ms/urXwr . It seems like the whole site is not responsive for some reason (the footer elements have in sum more than 900px width).

What device/OS/browser do you use?
