When the user clicks "add to cart," the item appears to be added (i.e., the popup says "the item has been added," and the counter number goes up), but when the user opens the cart to check out, the Cart page says "Your Shopping Cart is Empty"

We're losing sales everyday, so timely help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Please, give a working link to the page where that happens. I cannot find any Ecwid-powered page on your site. Once I am able to reproduce such behavior, I will be able to tell you the reasons and ways to fix it.

HOWEVER, I have since changed the style of store I'm using, and the issue has been resolved.

I was using individual product HTML codes, which I had customized quite a bit. I guess Ecwid recently did an update, and my code didn't work anymore. I've switched to a modified "list" view of the store, and am customizing it with the "Custom CSS" in Ecwid, so that updates won't cause a problem anymore.
