Is there a way to edit the pricing drop down to just list the ACTUAL price of the option rather that the (+$1), etc.)? It would SO make it easier since we have multiple product sizes and I would like to find a way to link each one of those drop downs to link to another product created within the ECWID database...

What you need is a feature of our upcoming version 7.0 called Product Combinations. Each combination has in fact its own price, not a modifier. It allso appears as a separate product - has its own SKU, stock control, image etc. Henceworth it does what you ask for.
